Pole/Gridwork clinic with Helen Hawkins, BHS Stage 5 Coach.
Pole/Gridwork sessions focussing on developing rhythm, balance, straightness and confidence.
Group - max 4 riders - 1hr - £30per rider
Individual 30 mins -£40
Group sessions available:
Novice Poles - walk/trot
Poles - walk/trot/canter
Jump 40 - 50cm
Jump 50 - 60cm
Jump 60 - 70cm
Jump 70 - 80cms
These sessions are open to all and will be tailored to those in the group.
Entries close 3 days before.
Times by 8pm 2 datys before (friday)
All hats and body proctectors must comply with current British Standards for safety.
